Course Registration and Fees

Early Registration Fee (by ~~July 23, 2025~~ ): € 580
Late Registration Fee (from July 24, 2025): € 630

The Registration Fees cover:

all courses,
plenary talks,
poster/oral presentations,
tutorials,
special sessions/workshops,
all the scientific activities,
VAT,
publication in the Springer LNCS Proceedings, and
the partecipation to the 11th International Conference on machine Learning, Optimization and Data science – LOD 2025.

Registration and Payment

Fill in the registration form below with all the necessary information on the attending person; it is also possible to specify a different paying person/Institution.

Only credit card payments are allowed. The transaction is managed by PayPal. It is not compulsory to have a PayPal account as it is also possible to directly typewrite the details of any accepted card by choosing the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (PayPal Guest Checkout).

You will receive the registration and payment receipts by e-mail upon completion of the payment process (usually a few minutes). No email is sent if the payment is canceled or uncompleted.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests received within 30 days of registration will receive a full refund less 50 Euro in processing charges. After 30 days of registration no refunds will be given. Furthermore, for all participants who register from May 23, 2025, the last day to request a refund is June 23, 2025, after June 23 no refunds will be given.

Participants (who have registered and paid) for ACAIN 2025 who do not make a reservation at Riva del Sole Resort & SPA (the Course Venue) will be automatically cancelled from registration and participation in ACAIN 2025. The Applicant will receive a full refund less 75 Euro in processing charges. All reimbursements are processed 4-8 weeks after the Course and Symposium.
